We had so much fun at the park!

Kory had been telling me over and over again that he wanted to go play with Abigail, so I received an email that said Children for a Peaceful World would be doing a little play at Kids Kingdom and for everyone to pack a picnic and have a great time. So, on Sat. morning Kory and I went and picked up Abby, who was just a little angel, got McDonalds and headed for the park. Now in all my pre-planning, somehow I missed how I was going to get 2 toddlers, the backpack and food for all 3 of us out of the vehicle and safely across the street to the park. It was a little harder than I thought, but we totally managed! As you can see from the pictures, both the kiddos were pretty excited. I thought that after we ate I would let them play for a little while and then we would go back and get ready for the program. Well, about 10 tell 1:00 we go to the potty, wash up, sit down on the bench and have some snacks…I had everything right on time. And then we waited and waited and waited….No show! By this time we had already been at the park almost 2 hours and Mommy was getting tired, not to mention the two 2-year olds!!! We played for a few more minutes and then we loaded up…Me, a little disappointed but Kory and Abby just thought we had went to play! When we got home, I laid Kory and Abby both down in his room and they went right to sleep-boy were they cute!!! All- in all it was a very eventful morning!!!!
